Our transparent cancellation and refund terms for all bookings

We understand that plans can change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both clients and our service providers. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to hello@festillo.in.
If you wish to cancel your event booking, please notify us in writing immediately. Refunds from the amount paid to Festillo (platform coordination fee) are processed as follows:

| 60 – 89 days before event | 50% refund |
| 30 – 59 days before event | 25% refund |
| 15 – 29 days before event | 10% refund |
| Less than 15 days before event | No refund |
Amounts paid directly to or on behalf of party lawns and third-party vendors are subject to the refund policies of those individual service providers. At the time of booking, we will provide you with the cancellation terms of each venue or vendor involved. Festillo will act as your advocate in recovering eligible refunds from venues and vendors but cannot guarantee refunds beyond what each provider's policy allows.
If you wish to postpone (rather than cancel) your event, we will make best efforts to transfer your booking to a new date at no extra charge, subject to venue and vendor availability. Postponement requests made less than 30 days before the event may incur additional rescheduling fees determined by the venue.
In exceptional circumstances where we must cancel your event coordination (due to force majeure, natural disaster, government orders, etc.), we will:

Refunds are processed within 7–14 working days from approval and credited to the original payment source or the bank account provided.
