We understand wedding plans can change. Here is our clear, transparent cancellation and refund policy.
At Festillo, we invest significant planning time and resources the moment your booking is confirmed — from blocking your preferred date at our partner venues in Bithoor to coordinating photographers, decorators, caterers and all other vendors. Our refund policy reflects this commitment while being fair to our clients.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to hello@festillo.in or via WhatsApp to +91 73885 29476. The cancellation date is the date on which written notice is received by Festillo.

Regardless of the cancellation timeline, the following are strictly non-refundable:
2.1 Rescheduling requests must be made in writing as early as possible.
2.2 Rescheduling is subject to availability of the venue and all confirmed vendors on the new date. We cannot guarantee all original vendors will be available.
2.3 A rescheduling administrative fee of ₹5,000 – ₹15,000 may apply depending on how far in advance the request is made.
2.4 If the new date falls in peak wedding season (typically November–February), additional pricing adjustments may apply.
2.5 One reschedule is considered per booking. A second reschedule request will be treated as a cancellation and re-booking.
In the rare event that Festillo cannot fulfil a confirmed booking due to force majeure:
4.1 Online Payments: Refunds for UPI, card and net banking payments will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–14 working days after approval.
4.2 Cash / Bank Transfers: Refunds will be processed via NEFT/RTGS to the client's bank account within 7–14 working days.
4.3 Gateway Charges: Payment gateway transaction fees (typically 2–3%) are non-refundable as these are charged by the payment processor.
If you wish to cancel individual services from a package, requests must be made in writing at least 45 days before the event. Refunds are subject to the same timeline schedule applied to the value of that specific service. Cancellations within 45 days may not entitle any refund as vendor commitments will have been made.
